History is Destiny – Our Founder’s Story
Erik Holter was born and raised in Corona, California. He began his journey in the pool industry at the young age of 16 and has never looked back. His tenacity and eagerness to learn allowed him to absorb knowledge in every aspect of the construction process. This insight and wisdom separate him from his competitors.
By the age of 21, Erik had three years of experience as a pool electrician. When he reached the top of the electrician ladder, he knew there was another ladder to climb. At the age of 26 he began working as a contract manager for pool builds, and it became apparent that he was meant for much more.
His past experience in the pool industry allowed him to oversee unique and complex projects. Within three years, Erik had become the direct line of communication for hundreds of clients and became an award-winning designer of 3-D design renderings. His attention to detail, ability to communicate, educated input, and dedication to quality quickly created a buzz in The Inland Empire.
From there Holter Pools was born. Erik has educated and created a team of brilliant backyard enthusiasts. He continues to oversee all project sites himself and keep an open line of communication with the clients. Holter Pools’ clients are treated like family and receive professional service unparalleled in the industry.
Erik lives with his wife and 3 sons in Canyon Lake, putting him within reach of all cities in the Corona-Riverside-Temecula area. As a family man, Erik knows first-hand how important it is to create a backyard built not only for fun and memories but also with lasting quality as well.
